Directors Meeting.
At a meeting of the directors of the
National Bank held in the office of the
president recently, the regular semi
annual dividend of 4 per cent was de
clared payable to the shareholders
January the first. This bank is now
in probably the most flourishing con
dition of its history, having deposits
aggregating considerably over a quar
ter of a million dollars.
