J., who was in this section some time since getting nil Information about the old Betchtler mint that was operated at Rutherfordton, N. C., years ago , is I again in Gaffney, having arrived from the north yesterday. Albert Lipscomb has begun the erec tion of a handsome and commodious residence on Montgomery street. The foundation has been built and the work will he completed at an early j day.
