A Letter from Mr. Otts.
A letter from Hon. J. C. Otts says
he has the committee appointments
that he wanted. He is on the judici
ary committee, and on military affairs
—the former the most important of
all, and quite an honor, he says, to
Cherokee county. He and Mr. Kirby
have drawn good seats, and he thinks
the house will soon "get down to busi
ness.”
