AN ORDINANCE
Prohibiting any person or persons from
bringing into the town of Gaffney
from any point within the State of
South Carolina, either as agent of
the purchaser or vender of any al-
choholic liquors.
Be it ordained by the Town Council
of Gaffney, in council assembled, and
by authority of same:
That from and after the passage of
this ordinance it shall be unlawful for
any person or persons, whether acting
as agent for the purchaser or vender,
to carry, transport, or bring into the
town of Gaffney, from any point with
in the State of South Carolina, any al
coholic liquors.
Any person or persons violating the
terms of this ordinance shall be pun
ished by a fine of not more than One
Hundred Dollars, or suffer imprison
ment for not more than thirty days.
