Hasty, died at their home in this city Tuesday at 7 o’clock a. no after an illness of two weeks and was buried Wednesday* at Oakland eme- tery at 3 o’clock p. in. The funeral services were conducted at the grave by Rev. J B. Wilson. The little one was the light of the home of its parents and its taking! away will leave a blank there, that can only be appreciated by the parents and those who have had a similar trial. Through the failure of tho officers of the law to make allow { ancea for the exuberance of a poetical temperament and a chivalrous heart, Mr. Tillman has been forced to sub mit to tho indignity of u trial for murder. Monday this trial gave occasion to an effecting scene.
