The following are the figures as
finally promulgated by the state board
of equalization for Cherokee county.
The assessments are based upon the
market value of the stocks; 60 per
cent of the stock values being the
basis of the assessment. The board
used such information as it had be
fore it and announced that any par
ties dissatisfied with the assessments
as agreed upon today can be heard on
the 12th inst.. in Columbia.
