Stacy; matron .of honor, Mrs. Virgie C. Copeland, sister of the bride. The bride came in leaning on the arm of her father. The bridegroom, accompanied by his best man, Mr. Harry Belle, of Gainesville, |met her at the chancel which was beautifully decorated with palms and ferns, where the Rev. J. A. Wynne, of Gainesville, performed the ceremony, the most beautiful and impressive we have ever seen. The following were the costumes worn by the bride and attendants: Mrs. T. B. Butler, matron of honor, wore white net over white satin and carried pink roses. Mrs. Virgie C. Copeland, matron of honor, wore white embroidered crene de chine over white taffeta and carried white roses. The bridesmaids wore white chiffon over white taffeta and carried pink roses. The bridal gown, simply fashioned, was of white Dutchess satin with rose point lace and chiffon trimmings, court train with orange blossoms in THE GROOM. enrtage. The veil of bridal illusion whh caught with a spray of orange blossoms, and ahu carried a shower boi|Uet of white rosi-s and hyacinths. The bride is a young lady of rare accomplishments and will be greatly missed, not only In that exclusive set In which she moved, hut In her church as well. Hhe was thoroughly identified with the church work and the beautiful edifice in which she plighted her troth owes to no one more than she Its exlatencs. Espec ially was she prominent in the musi cal department, her magnificent so prano voiue having led the chqlr since her return from Boston several years ago. The groom Is a native of Georgia and a social favorite In Gainesville. He Is a member of ,tbe firm of Audoe vtereEgr^rf. err" -wor rrrrr Sc Co., utul is a young man of sterling qualities. The reception to have been given hy Mr. and Mrs. James A. Carroll in honor of tlio event was prevented, owing to the recent death of the ma ternal grandfather of the bride. A legion of friends rejoice over the happiness of these young people and many are the sincere good wishes that cluster around them in their new life The Ledger begs to extend congratulations and to express the hope that they may realize to the fullest extent all the happiness with which a divine providence has invest ed the marriage relation. After a visit to points in Florida and other places in the far south Mr. and Mrs. Byers will return to Gainesville, where they will reside in the future. Tli<- Market. The liability to disease is greatly lessened when the blood is in good con dition, and the circulation healthy and vigorous. For then all refuse matter is promptly carried out of the system ; otherwise it would rapidly accumulate — fermentation would take place, the blood become polluted and the consti tution so weakened that a simple malady might result seriously. A healthy, active circulation means good digestion and strong, healthy nerves: As a blood purifier and tonic S. S. S. has no equal. It is the safest and best remedy for old people and children because it contains no minerals, but is made exclusively of roots and herbs. No other remedy so thoroughly aud effectually cleanses the blood of im purities. At the same time it builds up the weak and de bilitated, and reno vates the entire sys tem. It cures permanently all tnannei of blood and skin troubles. * Mr. E.
