The following is taken from n pri

in this city who entertained some of
the delegates in Gaffney last week:
"All my recollections of Gaffney and
the Convention are very pleasant,
long to be remembered and never to
be forgotten. 1 was in the city from
Tuesday until Saturday evening, was
present at every session of the Con

the entire town and never heard an
oath nor saw anyone under the influ

saying a great deal for Gaffney, and
much to her credit. May it always
remain so, is my prayer.”
