Great Reduction Sale!
Beginning this week we will run off all our summer goods
at greatly reduced prices. This means much when we say it,
because the prices were low already, but we are determined
to entirely clear out every piece of summer stuff in our store
to make room for the biggest, best and cheapest fall and
winter stock that was ever brought to Gaffney. Our buyers
are already at work on this, but we will tell you more about
that later.
It is getting somewhat late in the season, but a great
many people have not bought yet and this sale will afford
them a rare opportunity. It extends all through the store,
in dry goods, shoes and clothing. We do not believe in
keeping goods on our shelves from one season to another
and we don’t do it. We keep the stock cleaned out and
do not mind slashing our profits to do it, as we like to turn
our money over fast and can always find some big bargains
for our customers when we offer the spot cash.
We have already saved the people who trade at Gaffney
thousands of dollars by our half price, spot cash, money
back if you want it way of doing business and everybody
who has tried it likes it so well that we gee all their trade.
We have had hundreds promise us that we will get every
dollar of their trade this fall and we know we will, for the
people always know where their money will go farthest.
We have built up a wonderful business since we have been
in Gaffney and we are proud of it.
