flowers and the sides of the grave wore

valley, 12 miles from Murphy, sustained
serious loss from lire. A 20-room frame

Morton said that in no event will the

hiring unskilled labor to pack seeds
when tho latter can be bought already

for positions in the seed division. Sec
retary Morton says:
“The seed room has not been re-estab
lished np to date, for tho reason that no
seeds have isjen purchased for distribu
tion during tho current fiscal year. The

the promiscuous and gratuitous distri
bution of seed by the government dur
ing tho next fiscal year. If it is so
