To Organize A B. & L. Association, j
There will he a meeting of the citi
zens of Hairncy at .1. E. Webster's]
olfice next Tuesday tiigbi for the i
purpose of organizing a local build
ing and loan association.
Every person desirous of owning a
home should attend. Nearly $400
per month is sent out of (lalfney to |
foreign building and loan associations
in payment of dues. Why not invest
these monthly payments in building
nice homes and otherwise improving
our town and helping those who arc
not able to buy a lot pay for building
a house. Building an 1 loan associa
tions are most beneficial to the wage
earner, enabling him to pay for a
home with the money he now pays
for rents. Let us put our shoulders
to the wheel and make a rousing suc
cess of this important enterprise.
Come and bring a friend.
