ease of Ed. Hurham for throwing
rocks at the vestibtilc. After hearing
a portion of the evidence the ease
was post polled until W ednesday.

ing young Hurham was found guilty
and sent up to the higher court.
Today Squire Sarratt will he en
gaged in the hearing a ease of breach
of the peace. Also oil'* for assault
