limbs struck Mr. Hilton’s cheek and
broke off. Mr. Hilton fell to the ground
and a few miputea later the buggy waa
overturned aud left iq the road. Mr.
Hilton was not discovered until 12
o’clock of that (light. At that time he
was dead aud blood was ot zing from
bis ears, nose and mouth. Death may
have ensued in either of two ways. It
may be that the limb penetrated gome
vital part and caused death, or Mr.
