cutions for violations of the provisions of
this Act, (lie defendant may plead, as a
matter of doleuce, tho full satisfaction of
all reasonable,demands of the party or
parties aggrieved by such violation ; and
upon said plea being legally established,
and upon payment of all costs accrued
up to the time of such pica, he shall bo
discharged from further penalty.
Sec 11. That this Act shall' lake of
fcet ofl the first day of April,- 18S2, ex
cept in ihe counties ofCharkslon, Beau,
fort, Aiken, Lexington, Colleton, Hamp
ton, Orangeburg, Chesterfield and Wil
liamsburg, in which counties this Act
shall go into effect on the first day of
Ootoher, A. D.. 1882 i Provided, That
the stock of ftiy inhabitant of the said
counties shall be litble to the penalue-of
this Act if found straying without the
limits of the said counties. Provided,
further. That the sboVe exception shall
not apply to so much of Aiken county as
is included in the Towndtip tf Schultz,
so much of the Township .of Hammond
allies between the Hamburg Road nrrd
the Savannah River and the Township
of Hilvcrtoo.
