l>ound or half pound of oiled butter and
work up to a light spongy consistency

with hollows for each or on a common
baking tin; cover with warm cloths
Let them rise again and hake in a mod-
rrately quick oven for twenty to thirty
minutes. When half baked wash over
with warn milk and sprinkle with crys
