A few days ago we went through the
carriage shops of Mr. Q. W. Price, at
Biackville, and were surprised'at their
extent and completeness. Skilled
workmen In the blacksmith, wood and
paint shope, were putting the first and
finishing touches to wagons, buggies
and carts, under^the watchful super-
vison of the proprietor. As good work
is done here at country fuiccs as In
Charh ston or Augusta. In the past
four years, Mr. Fries has oot had an
idle day. Patronize home industry,
pay Mr. Price a call and ypo will pay

dent to the bridal party last Tuesday
evening. The horses In the carriage
containing the bride and groom took
fright near corner of Backs and Lee
