Inter rogative accusation is a somewhat novel mode of attacking public men in South Carolina, aud wc trust it has received its quietus. It is a very reptchcnsiblc method uf attack and deserves universal contempt. To illustrate more fully the char acter of this attack upon Comptrol ler General Hngood we shall apply the argumentum ad hominrm and put to the Press and Banner the following in- prospective not bowed loguo: 1st.
