An ( ff trt Is to be made to establish
a mail route from Barnwell, via Mor
rla’ F >rd, Jenkins' and Dimer's store,
to Buford’s Bridge.
Much a route would be of very great
service to the thrifty • people on its
line, many ufNvheia are now forced to
send ten miles for their mails. By the
preeeut arrangement the Barnwell pa
mpers reach Buford’s Bpidge op the
'Wednesday after their publication. I'
is proposed that the mail by the new
route shall leave Barnwell On Fridays
and return on Saturdays. If our
friends will indicate to ua the precise
route desired we will see that the
movement is placed before the proper
authorities.

In the death of this worthy gentle
