1. Let the Executive Committee of the
democratic party for Barnwell county
assemble at the Court House, say about

'sue a proclamation calling upon the elec
tors of the party in the county to send in
to the secretary (by registered letter to
avoid all chance of miscarriage) the
names of all candidates, whether self •
