The members of the Wednesday
Afternoon Contract Club were enter*
tained last week by Mrs. Charlie
Brown, Sr. The high score prize
was won by Mrs. B. P. Davies, the
consolation was cut by Mrs. Charlie
Brown, Jr., and the guest prize was
awarded to Mrs. W. L. Molair, each
of the winners being presented with
a deck of cards. The hostess served
a sweet course.

Set Bridge Club on Monday evening.
The high score prize for club mem
bers was won by Mrs. H. J.' Phillips,
the consolation was cut by Mrs. Josh
Baxley and the guest prize was won
by Mrs. J. W. Ruff, each of whom
was presented with a deck of cards.
A sweet course was served after the
games. Guests other than club mem
bers included Mrs. Edgar Loyns, of
Elloree, Mrs. B. P. Davies, Mrs. J. W.
Ruff and Mrs. E. B. Sanders.
