Business will improve when a majority of our people decide not to wait for something to happen, but instead, to make a strong personal effort to improve each his cwn individual business. While waiting for governments, States and cities to balance their budgets, let each of us balance our own. Make a budget of your personal expenses and live up to it. “Tell your dollars where to go, don’t ask them wheie they went.” Make your allowances reasonable for needs, but figure closely and save a part of every dollar. There’s no need to wait for business to get better. These may be normal times for a long while yet. The sure way to get ahead is to start now. .
