Miss Pauline Stuart, of Winston- Salem, N. C., arrived here Sunday night to spend several days with her sister, Mrs. B. P. Davies. Stephen Deason has returned home after attending summer school at Clemson College. Col. Edgar A Brown, B. P. Davies, Perry B. Bush and B. S. Moore, Jr., attended the senatorial campaign meeting in Columbia Friday night. Williamson—Parker. Williston, July 19.—The many friends of P. F. Parker, Jr., of Willis ton will be interested to learn of his marriage Sunday, July 6th, to Miss Vivian Williamson, of Aiken. Imme diately after the wedding, which was a quiet affair, they left for a wedding trip to the mountains of North Caro lina. Mrs. Parker is a young woman of charming personality and will be heartily welcomed here, where it is understood they will make their home. I*fr. Parker is the son of Mr. and Mrs. P. F. The table was covered with cluny lace and centered bowl of silver king, Queenn Anne’s lace and fern on a reflector sur rounded with china candle sticks hold ing green tapers and bon-bon dishes filled with green and white mints. White block cream was served with green and white cakes bearing dates 1905-1930. Supervising in the dining room were Mrs. O. E. Kearse, Mrs. M. E. Rizer and Mrs. F W. ternoon .
