Hare has introduced in the House of Represen tatives an amendment to section 1.1, paragraph 4, subsection (b) of the Federal Farm Loan Act, which toads as fellows: ‘‘Provided, that where a mortgage held by a Federal Land Bank or a Joint Stock Land Bank has been in full force and effect for three years or more, foreclosure of such mort gage shall not be made until two years have clr.psed following default of amortization payment, except in case of death of mortgagor, or in or der to prevent irreparable waste or depreciation in value of the mortgaged property.” It is understood that Mr. Hare has had the proposed 'amendment under consideration for several weeks.
