and Mrs. D. ^ Weeks,
leston, were in/ut ed this morning When
the automobi^ in which they . were
riding turned oVer in the. ditch along
the highway ubout a half a mile above
Baldock, on the road to Augusta. -
They were en route to Augusta-in
an automobile belonging to Mr* Bok
ern. M. Biargo, also of Charleston,
was driving at the time of the accid
ent. Miss R. Weeks daughter of*the
injured-woman, was on the front
seat- with Mr. Biargo. Neither of
them were injured, nor was Miss S.
Sirasky, who was in the back seat.
The car was a heavy sedan, and as Mr.
Biargo,' bejng unfamilar with the
i-oads, drove a little too close to the
ditch, it poppled on its side.
Only the fact that the automobile
was not going at a high rate of speed
saved the occupants from serious or
possible fatal injury. The car was
only slightly damaged, the glass on
one side being broken and the side of
the car somewhat dented. It was
righted- and driven into Allendale on
its own power.
