Cannon rode 92 miles visiting patients in this vicinity. He got up next morning at his usual hour feeling ready for more work. On last Saturday night the south eastern part of our city was in dark ness. Mr. Jake Gosnell ran his ford atrainst an electric light post near the Old Iickory Inn. The post was rotten and lown it came. Out went the lights. Mr. Frank DeLTae. who has been conn'ected with the firm of Edwards & Drsey for several mcnths, left .last.
