Leopard, member of the hourset frm Ilielens, was here yester day on his way home from a meet ing of theltegislative fish commission, creattd tio study the fish, oyster and allied trades possibilities in South Carolin:t by the last general assembly. %l r. Leopard is a member of the comission and he attended the meeting in the City by the Sea. Har ry Simonofr, a member of the house from Charleston and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, was elected chairman of the com mission, Mr. Leopard said yesterday. Mr. Simonoff will have the matter largely in his hands until the fall season opens and then the commis sion plans to hold other conferences and watch the work of planting oys ters, ete.-The State.
