the famous lsenhower trial at York last
week. It is safe to say that ,iince he
has been on the bench Judge Mauldin
has presided at. more fainous cases than
any other judge in the same length of

Mr. Joe Massengill of the Mountain
View section cut his foot while chop- I
ping wood Monday morning and as a re
suit he will have to -use crutches for q
some time. Mr. Massengill is clerk of F
