The tent meeting which has been in
progress in Pickens for ten days came
to a close Monday. Large crowds at
tended the services and much good was
accomplished. Rev. Mr. Compton and
Engineer Fant did the preaching with
much power. B. F. Parsons is respon
sible for the meeting being held here
and to him is due much of the credit for
its success. He was untiring in his ef
forts to make everything just right.
May God bless the work done.
