Of couIso you all know that we cannot publish the pres ent eight-page naper and send it out on credit at one dollar a year. We are giving yon a dol lar and a half paper for one dol lar and we will not only keep it up to the present standard, but will improve it as the patronage warrants it. We do not want bo drop any names from our list, 3o come in and renew at once if your subscription has expired. We are indeed sorry to learn that the condition of Mrs. Frank l cooper is more serious than thought and that no hope of her complete recovery of health is ontertainad. Mr. Looper and Dr. Kirksey took her to Balti more last week in the hope that an operatidn at John Hopkins hospital might cause her recov ery, but the physicians there ad vised that an operation would be useless and Mrs. Looper was brought back home.
