CLERK'S SALE. State of South Carolina, County of Pickens. In Court of Common Pleas. Etta Lesley et al., PlaintTffs, against Alma Parsons et al., Defendants. In pursuance of a decretal order in the above stated case by Hon. S. W. G. Shipp, presiding Judge, dated September 30, 1914, and on file in the Clerk's office, I will sell to the high est bidder on salesday in December 1915 during the legal hours for sale at Pickens Court House S. C. the fol )owing tract of land to wit: All that piece parcel or tract of land in Pickens County and State of South Carolina in Pickens Court House Township on the North Side of Wolf Creek containing fifty-three (53) acres more or less according to plat and survey made by G. A. Ellis, Dec ember 15th 1908 and having the fol )owing metes and bounds: beginning at an Iron on the road and running S. 2 W. 4.63 to head of ditch in bottom, thence S. 8 W. 5.00 to a Willow on the creek, thence up the creek and across the road to Mc. Farmers to the Branch, thence up the branch N. 28 W. 4.20 to Iron pin, thence N. 40 3-4 W. 13.50 to hickory Xom., thence N. 4 W. 19.50 to a stone, thence N. 6 W. 22.00 to a stake and stone on Glassy Mountain, thence S. 33 1-2 W. 400 to a rock, thence S. 13 W. 20.00 to a rock Xom., thence S. 9 W. 3.50 to a rock 3 I Lm, thence S. :3 W. 9.50 to Iron pin, thence S. 26 W. 19.24 to Iron pin on road, thence along said road S. 73 1-2 k. 4.79 to bend in road, thence along Yoad S. 85 E. 3.50 to corner in road, and thence along said road 4.12 to the begining corner. Terms cash; purchaser to pay for all papers, stamps, and for recording the same. Also all that piece parcel and tract of land lying and being situated in the county and state aforesaid Hurri cane Township, adjoining lands of W. R. Dalton, J. L. Thomas, Welborn and others and is known as the F. C. Par sons home place containing three hun dred ninety-eight (398) acres more or less. The property above described is the property of J. E. Tract No. 1-Containing 46.32 acres, rmore or less, adjoining lands of Carey and Bruce, Thomas Welborn, John Smith and McWhorter.
