December, 1915, between legal hours of
sale, the tract of land below described.
William J. Broughton, plaintiff, vs. J J.
McAbee and M. J. McAbee, defendants.
All that piece, parcel and tract df
land lying and being situate in the state
and county aforesaid, on the west side
of Camp Creek, adjoining lands of David
Kay, David 'Parrott, Harvey Chapman
and others having such shape, form and
lines as shown by a plat recorded with a
deed made to W. F. Broughton by Ed
ward Watson, dated 5th day of 1'ebru
ary, 1895, and recorded in book P., page
307, and containing sixty (60) acres,
more or less.
