with Belling liquor. The case went to

sometime Judge Prince called for the
foreman of the Jury and instructed him

Solicitor Smith said last r'-ht that
the first case called today vould he
that of Wt. W. Adams, charged with
assault and battery with Intent to kill.
The case baa excited much interest,
and many country people will como to
town today for the trial.
