Report for Month.
Magistrate Broadwell has completed
the task of compiling his record for
the "cases tried during February and |
said yesterday that it showed that

stead of causing the law breakers to
become more bold, seemed to have a

having but very few offenders to ap
pear before him. According to hts re

were sent up to the circuit court,
seven cases reedited In acquittals by
the magistrate and two cases are now
pending on appeals. All told .the re
cord made by the magistrate,'for the
