Dr. Woodrow is Caesar, Dr. Girdeaii. Dr. Adams and othets renre sent Cassius, Brutus and others who arc seeking to destroy Caesar. And this farce comes out in a religious paper, ''Whom the Gods," &c. Prof. Young occupied l)r. Pressly's pulpit last Sabbath. Rev. Mc. Henry and family of Ala., ire visiting friends here. Mr. Henrj preached an admirable sermon for us, His people have done the graceful thing in presenting him with a purse and giving him a vacation. Capt. Bob Robinson of McConnick foi the first time was a welcome visitor or our streets last week. He received s Battering vots from our people for the Legislature. August 16 Dr. Lathan is back. Fruit is plentiful. Watermelons arc comparatively scarce hero. President Kennedy is home again after a two weeks trip in the interest ol the college. I)r. Todd has just completed a large and modernly arranged barn, well furnished in every way. Prof. J. I.
