Last Friday, August 10th, Mr. J W. Pace had a reunion of his famil1 at his home and quite a large gather ing it ws. He and his good wifi were happy and joyous surrounded by so many children, grand childret and friends. They have ten living children, seven of. whom are married and twenty eight grand chldren. A: of these were present at the reunio except one daughter, Mrs. Hall, an two children. In addhti-m to thee there were quite a number of th4 neighbors and friends of Mr. .an Mrs Pace. It was a happy occasion. The oh people and young mingled thei voices in sweet songs and pleasan conversations until th- dinner wa: announced, then the assembled guest wvere invited out under the shade o the great spreading trees and tol to help themselves. They were a filled and many basketfuls taken ui It was indeed a great treat to the wri er to be present and he wishes for Mm and Mrs. Pace many more happy re turns of their family reunian. R.
