question was to be carried to the
Supreme court. it seems to inc
from Mr. Evans' statement that a
few people in and around Pickens
thmnk that they have a cinch on
Pickens county and will run things
to suit themselves rogardless of

what Mr. Evans says some one has
misrepresented things. I do not
