at Secona Baptist Church, Sunday
March, 1, 1903.
Acts, Ch, 20, verse 25.
"Remembor the words of the

That is a striking verse which
concludes the go.-piel testimony of
John. See 21st chapter 25th
verse.
Doubtless the passage is highly
metaphorical, but it cantaiuis this
great truth: that the Savior's say.

be recorded, or if recorded, that
they could not be read.
Now we need not be astonished
at finding Paul using a saying
which he ascribed to Jesue, al.
though it is not found in the
writings of the Evengelist. The

warrant for its Divinity. Let us
then regard this passage as a
