On June 7, 1920 a Sanitary Ordi
nance was passed by the Town j
Council for .ill toilets upon property)
that is located within 100 feet ol' the
street along which town s6\ver runs
to he connected with the sewer.
This ordinance has heen extended

the property owners; the last extension
was to Oct. i; 1021.
The Town Council at its meeting'
Mar. C>th decided to make the time
limit June 1, 19'22 after which no
surface closet shall he allowed to exist
within the limits reached by the
town sower line.
All property owners who are subject
to this ordinance will please take
steps at once to comply with the
terms of the said ordinance.
