The negro employe quarters near
the lumber mills of the Trexler Lumber
Company at Allen was. the scene
of a fracas anions the blacks last
Saturday morning; and in the course
of it one of them severely injured
another and ran away while the running
was good.
Sheriff .James A. Lewis was notified
of the crime and on last Sunday he
arrested the negro and brought him
to the county jail.
