(Webb, formerly engaged in the bu/ iness ot a pnotograpner 111 Lonwn; was arrested under a warrant fron the Probate Court, and was lodge*, in the county jail awaiting- an ex animation, by physicians, as to hi sanity. Just a short time before his arrest he was seen driving his youn^ step-children lo school, in an auto mobile. He passed along a public street with the car as he drove i to the Burroughs High School build ing and returned. This made hi arrest, which occured immcdiatel. upon iii.~ return, as a surprise to al those who had seen him. Not long ago this paper recorde the marriage of J. C. Webb to M \Marv A. f.ewi-i, the wi iow ol \Y. t\ Lewis, and stated that before th marriage bo had acted as her fi nancial agent and adviser in man. matters conce "ing her shave in th estate of her late husband, and the shares of her six minor children i; this same estate.
