C0MP7 "ETES KITCHEN.
^ The additional kitchen at Hotel
Grace was about finished last week,
the work having been delayed by
the recent rains which kept the
brick layers from work. Last Satur
day the concrete floors were laid in
the cook room, also in the pantry
adjoining the cook room. This new
kitchen has plenty of light and Is
weM ventilated on both sides and
on the end.
The new work is erected mostly
of bricks though it had been intend
ed at first to be made of steel.
