B Hare, South Carolina Field Agent of the Bureau of Crop Estimates, shows that the production of wi oat in the United States litis year will he 445,000,000 bushels less than the forecast on June 1, 1919 and 109,009,000 bushels less than the estimate of December 1, .1919. The present fore cast indicates a total yield of 503,996,000 bushels of winter wheat against the forecast of June 1. last year of 892,822,000 bushels. The indicated yield if spring wheat is 276, 547,000 bushels against 349,181,000 bushels?the forcast of production Juno 1, 1919, * W. J. Hendricks and J. K. Baker were both in Conway last Saturday.
