Buck has recently finished the erection of another dwelling in the lower section of Conway across the street opposite the residence of the late W. R. Lewis. For Moving Horry Industrial School Over to Aynor SOME MONEY RAISED MUCH MORE ASKED 9 Real Estate Enjoys Increased Values in Neighborhood of New Site J It was announced last week that work had been started upon the erection of the new plant for the Horry Industrial School which has been moved, or will be moved, to Aynor, S. A letter sent out by the Superintendent of the school this week states that the sum of $2K,000.00 has been raised for use in building the new plant and that the committee has been authorized to raise an additional $110,000.00 tliis summer. The plans of the committee for rais ing this additional amount is not yet co: ipleted hut as soon as they are information w ii 1 be sent t everybody who is interests! in the institution. The decision to move the school t > Aynor has d uibtless raised the price of real estate in the neighborhood of the location. There was a sale of lots at auction held there recently and about thioo acres of land ' brought more than $4,000.00.
