Judge, at Chambers, Florence, S. C..
in the case of Burroughs & Collins
Co., a Corporation, Plaintiff, against
J. T. Mishoe, et al., defendants, and
dated Dec. 15th, 1919, notice is hereby
-given that I, W. L. Bryan, Clerk of
court, will offer for sale before the
Court House door at Conway, S. C.,
within legal hours of sale on Monday,
January 5th, 1920. that being the legal
sales day in said month, the following

parcel or tract of land, lying in Bayboro
township, Horry County, Stair
aforesaid, and on the East side of
Play Card public road, containing
Eighteen and 97-100 (18.97) acres,
having the following courses, distances,
metes and bounds: Beginning
at a stake 3XN on the Play Card
road and running thence N. 65.30 E.
896 feet to a stake 3X0; thence S.
9-15 W. 503 feet to a stake 3XO;
thence S. 2-50 W. 748 feet to a stake
3XO; thonce S. 80-45 W. 750 feet to a
stake 3XO on the Play Card road;

the purpose of taking returns for the
f'scal year 1920, of all poll tax pay
ors, also of all personal property
owned January 1st, 1920.
All able bodied male persons between
the ages of 21 and 60 years
capable of earning a support, shall
be deemed taxable polls.
Executors and administrators arc
required to make returns of all property
under their control. Failure to
make returns within the time specified
subjects the delinquent to a
penalty of fifty cents on each dollars
worth of property owned by him.
