The rains last week made it possible to drag certain sections of it and make it level. The Herald is still without all of tfte materials needed to erect the new building for increase in the plant. Bricks for this building have been ordered for a long time and have not ***** Farmers in distant parts of the county are looking with longing eyes at the several different kinds of crvicable trucks now on the market. Last Monday was legal salesday at the court house. Only two tracts were disposed of by the sheriff. One contained fifty acres, and went to J. T. Hucks of that township. The other contained fifty acres and lies in Bayboro, and this went to Arnold Bell for $700.00. ? STOCK CHANGES HANDS. Jas. E. Bryan has purchased the mercantile stock of the Burroughs At Collins Company, and after this date the Burroughs & Collins Company will be engaged exclusively in the real estate and fertilizer business. ^Tiey are retaining all of the accounts and bills receivable contracted in the mercantile business and will transact business, we understand, at their offices at the same stand on Main Street.
