the country, President Wilson issued
invitations to labor leaders, finance rs
manufacturers and farmers to attend
a conference early in October for
consideration of the problem of labor
and of those who direct labor.
The President, it also was learned
planned to complete all arrangements
foi the conference before his departure
so that the meeting may be
held immediately upon his return the
last of this month. The first session
of the conference probably will be held
a the White House.
