country as a result of the inflation
that the war brought about. It may
result in trouble of more than one

The price of tobacco was affected
to a great extent by the week of rain
some time ago. After that week tobacco
brought a better price orr all of
the markets.
It s impossible for us to see ahead
of thingr enough to keep down regrets
later on when time has made
every thing plain. Fanners who
planted largely in tobacco now wish
they had planted more cotton.

The high cost of living is now
charged to profiteering, and the
charge is about right. Those who
had large supplies on hanu never
stopped figuring what their profits
