BUY MORE W. S. ST DON'T CASH IN For the past foitnight we have been deluged with 1 otices fiom holders of War Savings Certificate stamps requesting their redemption with the usual ten days' notice. While this is a privilege accorded by law the redemption of such stamps at this early date does not assist the government in meeting the enormous expenses heaped upon it by the world war. It is true that hostilities have ceased but the bills have not. Horry has responded nobly to the purchase of those slumps, but to redeem them now would mean the partial undoing of the good work done along this line.
