resolution, offered the previous day
by Frank Kvj.ns of the Spartanburg
schools, memojalizing the general

vention to rewrite the organic law of

Coblenz to the northwest, where the
American bridgehead joins the British
forces, the Stars and Stripes
fluttered over eleven river patrol
beats to-day. Two river boatte which
had been requisitioned from the Germans
began operating this morningNine

All the boats are under the command
of marine lieutenants and a de-#

The American flag was flown from
the Central hospital here to-day. The
surgeons claim this is the first time
the American banner has been raised
