Berlin Changes Tune.
Standing out in sharp contrast
against previous communications issued
by German war office claiming
gains by feats of arms or the falling
ouck of the allies, is the announcement
made in Berlin, Wednesday
night.
The Germans are still suffering
heavy casualties in their unsuccessful
assaults.
Along the Marne front there has
